How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure so that we are able to confirm your payment and ship your order.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

Please note that once an order is made, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Once you receive your order, you do have the option of returning it. Please refer to our return policy to learn more.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Interact Online and FARRUCO Gift Cards.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

The method of payment used on an online order is not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. We will pre-authorize your order amount on the method of payment at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance. On rare occasions, if your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will see multiple, smaller amounts charged to your credit card.

How do I use my discount code?

Your discount code can be applied at checkout. Simply click on promo code box situated under the total breakdown and enter your code. Promo codes are for one time use only and cannot be combined with any other codes/promotions. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum while applying the coupon

How do I know if my order went through successfully?

After you place an order on farrucostyles.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered.

The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and, on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order, a client care specialist will contact you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Average international shipments shipping time is 7-21 business days. This exclude weekends and holidays.

Please, be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any custom duty or charge accrued as a result of your purchase. Please contact the relevant customs authorities to determine how customs operate in your county. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.

Why was my order/item cancelled?

There are several reasons and order or item is cancelled. One of them being that our system detects inaccurate information regarding the order. Please verify all the information you have filled.

Also, we do our very best to ensure that all items on our website are available in our warehouse, so you can get your order quickly.  On rare occasions, when products sell quickly, keeping the inventory current can be a challenge.  In these situations, your item may not be available to ship and may get cancelled.  We apologize for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating this can be.

Will I be charge sales tax on my order?

Taxes are charged based on provincial or state and federal tax laws as they apply to your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot add items to your order.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the value of your merchandise, as well as the method of shipping selected. To calculate your estimated shipping costs, please refer to the table below.

Canada: Purchases up to $99, receive a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

Canada: Purchases over $100 receive a free shipping rate.

United States:  Purchases up to USD $99, receive a flat shipping rate of USD $12.00.

United States:  Purchases over USD $100 receive a free shipping rate.

International: For an accurate shipping quote, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, check out, and enter your shipping information. The shipping rate to your country will be displayed before you finalize the transaction.

Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?

This situation is not likely to happen but if your order contains more than one item, you may receive your items in multiple packages, on different dates. If your items are ship separately, your shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown on your original order confirmation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed and confirmed. A tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with.

We offer worldwide shipping! Average North American shipping time is 3-6 business days. For international shipments, expect a 7-21 business days delivery time. This exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that shipping upgrades are available. Cost and shipping time will be quoted at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent upon confirmation of your payment and another one is sent once your order has been shipped. These emails will contain the tracking information. If you are a registered user at www.farrucostyles.com, simply login and click on “orders” and your order’s information will be displayed.

Return & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your entire online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after the 7 days limit of the delivery date indicated on the order tracking. All requests for extension of the exchange deadline must be requested before the 7 trading days limit. Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 7 days limit will be returned to the customer.

We will refund your order to the original payment method or exchanged your item(s), once it has been processed. Please be aware these processes can take 7 days after the order has arrived to our warehouse. All items will be inspected before a refund, store credit or exchange has been issued. You will be notified once a refund has been made. We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

FARRUCO will not accept requests for return or exchange on earrings and gift cards for reasons of hygiene and security. All products in reduction of price or promotion are final sales.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Do I qualify for a return/exchange?

To qualify for a return, the items must be unworn (apart from trying on). All tags and packaging must be included and returned how they were received. Items that do not meet these requirements are unfortunately not eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I make a return/exchange?

How long does a return/exchange process take?

Where is my refund?

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 3-5 business days after the order has arrived at our warehouse. If you purchased with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement. A PayPal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

How do I update the information associated to my account?

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click here and enter your email address. We’ll send you a temporary password instantly, which you can use to access your account. Don’t forget to create a new password.

How do I unsubscribe from email newsletters?

If you no longer wish to be receive email newsletters or promotional information, you can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email newsletter.

Please note, unsubscribing will have no effect on automated order status and shipping confirmation emails, which are required with all orders.

What metals are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted to last and made from the highest 316L grade of stainless steel. A metal that does not rust, tarnish or turn your skin green. Our jewelry will not cause rashes or skin irritations. Finishes, such as 14K gold or black, are created using anodized stainless steel and plated at 0.8 microns for maximum durability.

When will a “sold out” item be restocked?

If an item you want is currently unavailable, you can add your email address to the “back in stock” notification box on the product page. Once the item is restocked, you will receive an email to notify you that it is now available for purchase. Generally, restocks can take about 30-45 days from the day the item was marked as “sold out”

Does your jewelry fade?

Our jewelry is crafted to last and made from the highest 316L grade of stainless steel. A metal that does not rust, tarnish or turn your skin green. Our jewelry will not cause rashes or skin irritations. Finishes, such as 14K gold or black, are created using anodized stainless steel and plated at 0.8 microns for maximum durability.

However, plated accessories (gold, black or any color). Should avoid getting wet to help the plating last as long as possible. The chemicals in soap can be corrosive to the plating. Use a microfiber cloth or 100% cotton fabric to clean your jewelry. Those rules apply to all brand of stainless-steel jewelry

What does it mean if my size if not listed?

The sizes and colors that are listed online are the complete offering for the product. If the size or color is not listed as an option, we unfortunately do not produce that offering.

Where can I find an item that used to be on your website?

Generally, any items marked down in price or in our sale section are discontinued designs that will no longer be restocked. Hurry up and grab them while they are still available!

If a product goes out of stock during a promotion, can I apply the code when it’d restocked?

Promotions, discounts or gifts can only be applied to items that are currently in stock, and only for the duration of the promotion. So as soon as we get a promotion going on, hurry up and purchase! Before we run out of stock.
