RETURN & EXCHANGES
Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your entire online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after the 7 days limit of the delivery date indicated on the order tracking. All requests for extension of the exchange deadline must be requested before the 7 trading days limit. Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 7 days limit will be returned to the customer.

Please be aware these processes can take 7 days after the order has arrived to our warehouse. All items will be inspected before a refund, store credit or exchange has been issued. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
All returns or exchanges must be requested online.
To qualify for a return, the items must be unworn (apart from trying on). All tags and packaging must be included and returned how they were received. Items that do not meet these requirements are unfortunately not eligible for a return or exchange.

If an item you want is currently unavailable, you can add your email address to the “back in stock” notification box on the product page. Once the item is restocked, you will receive an email to notify you that it is now available for purchase. Generally, restocks can take about 30-45 days from the day the item was marked as “sold out”
