We ship to any valid international addresses. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
Invoice:
For purchases made online, your invoice will be included within your Shipping Confirmation email.
PayPal Express Checkout:
When using the PayPal Express Checkout, you will be redirected to www.paypal.com where you will be able to log into your PayPal account. Please note that the shipping address provided must be the same as the country of purchase. FARRUCO Gift Cards cannot be used as a secondary payment method when using PayPal as the primary method of payment.
Sales Taxes:
Taxes are charged based on provincial and federal tax laws as they apply to your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees.
Charging Process:
Payment methods are not charged until item(s) are shipped. We will pre-authorize your order amount at the time the order is placed, which may have an effect on your account balance. Please note that we are not responsible for the delays encountered by your financial institution or payment provider to release the pre-authorization. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Multiple Shipments:
This situation is not likely to happen but if your items are ship separately, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment & your shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown on your original order confirmation.
